Indiana Swimming & Diving Earns Scholar All-America Accolades

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Both the Indiana men's and women's swimming and diving teams were named to the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) Scholar All-America list for the Spring 2019 semester on Tuesday.
To be selected as a CSCAA Scholar All-America Team, programs must have achieved a grade point average of 3.00 or higher over the semester. A record number of 480 institutions were named to the list.
"We are so honored to have both of our programs recognized as CSCAA Scholar All-America teams," IU head swimming coach Ray Looze said. "This is a perfect example of success in the classroom and in the pool for our swimmers and divers. They truly embody the Spirit of Indiana."
Founded in 1922, the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) – the first organization of college coaches in America – is a professional organization of college swimming and diving coaches dedicated to serving and providing leadership for the advancement of the sport of swimming & diving at the collegiate level.
