Schmid Named Big Ten Women’s Golfer of the Week

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – After tying for second place at the Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational, Indiana women's golf junior Priscilla Schmid has been named the Big Ten Women's Golfer of the Week.
It marks the first time in Schmid's career that she has earned the honor.
Schmid shot 7-under-par this week in Albuquerque, N.M., highlighted by a second round that saw her card a 68. As a team, the Hoosiers finished in seventh place.
