Rooks Earns Second Big Ten Wrestler of the Week Honor

BLOOMINGTON, Ind.– For the second time this season, Indiana wrestling redshirt freshman Graham Rooks has earned Big Ten Wrestler of the Week honors.
Rooks, a native of Columbus, Ind., beat No. 14 Yahya Thomas of Northwestern on Saturday and followed that up with a win against No. 6 Griffin Parriott of Purdue on Monday at Wilkinson Hall.
Rooks is now ranked No. 22 by FloWrestling and No. 16 by Intermat.
Rooks has posted an overall record of 9-4 and is 3-1 in Big Ten dual matches this season.
Rooks is majoring in Interior Design at Indiana.
