Cross Country Cracks Top-20 in First USTFCCCA National Coaches’ Poll of 2020

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The U.S. Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced their first cross country national coaches' poll of 2020. Indiana Cross Country saw the women check in at No. 17 while the men were slated for No. 18 in the country.
Last season, the Hoosier women were led by Bailey Hertenstein who bounced back from a fall during the NCAA Cross Country to earn All-American honors with her 31st place finish and time of 21:40.1. As a team, Indiana placed 19th overall.
On the men's side, Kyle Mau led the way with a 12th place finish to capture All-America status. He also clocked a time of 31:00.0. As a unit, the Hoosiers raced to 13th place.
