BLOOMINGTON, Ind.– Although the 2020 season was cut short, it was still a memorable season with plenty of accomplishments.
The Hoosiers finished the season with an 8-3 overall record and 1-0 Big Ten record. They also won their last five matches in a row.
"I think the last five matches of the season showed our perseverance and our culture that we built based on teamwork," IU head coach Jeremy Wurtzman said. "All of the matches that we won each guy on the team had a big role that helped us get the win."
"Our seniors helped change our culture. The four of them all contributed to building the foundation that is going to last a long time. I feel for them not being able to see how the season was going to finish. They have been through a lot over their four years and they have provided great strength for us."
