Jackson-Davis Named Third Team All-Big Ten and to All-Freshman Team

Davis, a native of Greenwood and a graduate of Center Grove High School, was a five-time Big Ten Freshman of the Week honoree. Jackson-Davis is averaging a team-best 13.6 points and 8.2 rebounds. He is just one of four freshman nationally (Vernon Carey, Jr. - Duke, Zeke Nnaji - Arizona and Isiah Stewart - Washington) to lead his team in scoring, rebounds, field goal percentage, free throws made and free throws attempted and blocked shots.
In the Big Ten, Jackson-Davis is the top freshman scorer overall (13.6) and second in conference games (12.8). He also leads in overall and conference play in field goal percentage (56.8 and 52.2) and blocked shots (1.8 and 1.7), He is second overall and in league games in rebounding (8.2 and 7.9). He is 7th in the B1G in rebounding, 2nd in field goal percentage and 8th in blocked shots.
BRUNK EARNS BIG TEN SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD
Graduate transfer Joey Brunk earned the Big Ten's Sportsmanship Award. The Indianapolis native and Southport High School graduate came to IU from Butler and averaged 6.8 points and 5.2 rebounds in 30 starts for the Hoosiers.
