Q&A: Jeremy Houston

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – In our first Q&A, IUHoosiers.com catches up with senior SS Jeremy Houston. This past season, Houston started all 15 games for Indiana, helping the team earn three road victories against ranked teams. In the Hoosiers' 17-2 win over rival Purdue, Houston had a pair of hits and a season-best three RBI.
Q: Where are you at right now?
I am currently in Bloomington.
Q: How are you interacting with your teammates?
Mostly through cell phones, video games and more.
Q: What are you doing for workouts?
To work out, I either run around the campus and I do some band workouts at home.
Q: What advice would you give your fellow Hoosiers during this time?
Stay positive, this will eventually blow over.
Q: What are you most looking forward to when you get back on the field/court/course?
Getting to see everyone and enjoy everybody's presence!
Q: How has the adjustment gone to online classes?
It's tougher since they are online but, everything will be fine.
Q: What gives you encouragement and motivation during this time?
Wanting to grow and continue to be optimistic.
Q: What is something you and your family are doing to pass the time?
To pass time my family, friends and I are playing a lot of games.
Q: What shows are you watching?
I am currently watching One Tree Hill.
Q: What is your major and what are your future career plans?
My major is Sport Marketing and Management. I currently unsure what I want to do with my major.
