BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana football team honored Marcelino Ball (liberal studies), Peyton Ramsey (secondary education) and Connor Thomas (exercise science) on Saturday, May 9, upon commencement from Indiana University.
"Congratulations to a very special group of graduates who have endured and overcome an unprecedented event on their way to earning their Indiana University degrees," IU Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Fred Glass said. "I commend them for the years of dedication and sacrifice that have gone into making this day a reality. While we are unable to celebrate the achievement in traditional ways, make no mistake – earning an Indiana University degree is an extraordinary accomplishment and will serve them well as they begin the next stages of their lives."
