February 7, 2021
• Sophomore Trayce Jackson-Davis scored a team-best 17 points (7-of-12 shooting from the floor) to go along with a game-high 12 rebounds, his seventh double-double of the season and 19th of his career.
• Indiana is 15-4 when Jackson-Davis records a double-double during his career.
• Redshirt junior Race Thompson scored 15 points on 5-of-10 shooting and grabbed six rebounds. He matched a career-high with four blocked shots.
• Sophomore Armaan Franklin scored four points, including the game-winning bucket with 1.8 seconds to play. He also contributed six rebounds (three offensive) and five assists in 23 minutes of run.
• Senior Aljami Durham tallied nine points, two rebound and an assist in a starting role.
• Junior Rob Phinisee registered three points, four rebounds, three assists and a pair of steals.
• Freshman Jordan Geronimo scored six points and added two rebounds and an assist in 16 minutes off the bench.
• Freshman Anthony Leal drilled a pair of 3-point attempts and added a career-best three steals in 15 minutes off the bench. Seven of Leal's eight made 3-point field goals have come in Big Ten play.
• Freshman Khristian Lander scored three points and dished out three assists off the IU bench. He also led the squad with a plus/minus of +13.
• Freshman Trey Galloway netted four points and three rebounds in 11 minutes off the bench.
• Prior to today, the last Hoosier home win against a top-10 team came in a 68-60 triumph over No. 9/9 Penn State on Feb. 23, 2020.
• Indiana has defeated Iowa in three-straight games dating back to a 76-70 overtime loss in Iowa City on Feb. 22, 2019.
• The last IU two-game regular season sweep of Iowa came in the 2017-18 season, when the Hoosiers won 77-64 on Dec. 4, 2017 and 84-82 Feb. 17, 2018.
• The Hoosier defense held the Hawkeyes to 19-of-51 shooting (37.3%) from the floor. Iowa entered the game shooting 48.1%, the third-best figure in the Big Ten. Under head coach Archie Miller, Indiana holds a record of 21-4 when holding an opponent under 37.5% shooting.
• In the two games this season, the Hawkeyes shot 37.7% (43-of-114) from the floor. Iowa averaged 67.0 points per game in the two losses, despite ranking second nationally averaging 89.1 points per game this season.
• Indiana also scored 17 points off of 11 Iowa turnovers.
• IU outrebounded Iowa by a tally of 44-36 and held the edge on the offensive glass by a count of 15-6. Indiana scored 11 second chance points.
• The bench outpaced Iowa 19-5 with all 19 bench points coming from the freshman class.
