Indiana Starts Road Swing with 5-2 Victory over Wisconsin

MADISON, Wisc. – The Indiana men's tennis team opened up the weekend with a convincing road victory 5-2 against Wisconsin.

Despite dropping the doubles point and the first singles point, IU responded by taking the next five points to secure a comfortable win.

The Hoosiers took straight-set victories at No. 3, No. 5 and No. 6 singles to give them a 3-2 advantage heading into the final two matches.

IU then gutted out three-set victories at No. 1 and No. 4 singles to put the match away.

This evening's victory takes the Hoosiers to 4-5 on the campaign.

IU will head to Minneapolis on Sunday for an afternoon showdown with Minnesota at 2:30 p.m. EST.
