Six Hoosiers in Contention for Gold
COLUMBUS, Ohio – The No. 8-ranked men's swimming team will be well represented in the last night of finals at the 2021 Big Ten Championships at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion, sending 12 for second swims.

100 Freestyle – Tomer Frankel (fifth); Jack Franzman (seventh)

• Indiana will bring back the second-most swimmers for the finals with 12. IU will also have three competing in the 1,650 Freestyle event throughout the afternoon. Michigan will send 13 back for second swims with an additional four competing in the mile.
• The Hoosiers will have eight vying for gold in Championship Final heats, including two milers in the final heat. The Wolverines will send nine to A Finals, including one in the 1,650 Freestyle.
• In total, nine swimmers hit career-best times in the prelims and 11 turned in times that hit NCAA Standard marks.
