Indiana Falls to Ohio State in Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio. – Despite a strong start in net from Shannon McNally, IU couldn't overcome the Ohio State attack in a 5-0 loss Friday afternoon.

KEY MOMENTS
• Ohio State opened the scoring in the second period 17 minutes into the game.
• McNally made her sixth save of the first half to deny Ohio State off a penalty corner right at the end of the second period.
• The Buckeyes added another goal right before halftime to extend the lead to 2-0.
• After the break, Ohio State scored three in the third period.
• Emma Martin recorded a defensive save late in the fourth period to hold the OSU advantage.

NOTABLES
• McNally had eight saves on the day for the Hoosiers.
