COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Indiana University baseball team dropped game one of a doubleheader at Bill Davis Stadium to Ohio State, 6-0, in seven innings on Saturday afternoon in Columbus, Ohio.
With the loss, the Hoosiers fall to 11-5 on the season overall and in Big Ten play, while the Buckeyes improve to 10-7 on the year and in league action.
KEY MOMENTS
• OF Grant Richardson and OF Morgan Colopy each had one hit on the day for the Hoosiers.
• RHP McCade Brown (3-2) took the loss for the Hoosiers, allowing five runs, only two earned, in four innings of work. He allowed four hits and struck out six.
• RHP Tucker Braydon pitched two innings of relief, allowing one run on one hit.
NOTABLES
• INF Cole Barr's reached-base streak was snapped at 10 games.
