Goodin Throws Shutout, Hoosiers Take Game One Against Spartans

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Emily Goodin pitched a complete game shutout for her 11th victory of the season as Indiana won 1-0 over Michigan State on Friday at Andy Mohr Field.
KEY MOMENTS
• In the third inning Gabbi Jenkins doubled to right field. Batting next, Grayson Radcliffe tripled to score Jenkins and give Indiana a 1-0 lead.
• In the top of the seventh inning it was three up, three down on a pop out, fly out and Emily Goodin struck out her fourth batter to end the game.
NOTABLES
• Indiana improves to 17-16 on the season. Michigan State drops to 9-17.
• Grayson Radcliffe went 2-for-2 with a walk and an RBI.
• Emily Goodin pitched seven innings with four strikeouts and gave up two hits.
