Trio of Hoosiers Named Big Ten Players to Watch

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Big Ten announced the 2021 women's soccer preseason poll and players to watch list on Monday.
As a team, the Hoosiers were picked to finish sixth in the conference.
Senior defender Hanna Nemeth, junior midfielder Avery Lockwood and freshman goalkeeper Jamie Gerstenberg were named to the Big Ten Women's Soccer Players to Watch List.
The Hoosiers are coming off their most successful season since 2013. In the spring 2021 season Indiana matched their program record for Big Ten wins.
The Hoosiers open the season on Thursday August 19 at 7:00 p.m. against Valparaiso at Bill Armstrong Stadium.
