Loveridge Invited to Hockey New Zealand U-18 National Camp

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana Field Hockey's incoming freshman goalkeeper, Arabella Loveridge, was invited to attend Hockey New Zealand's U-18 National Camp, the team announced on Thursday.
The annual U-18 National Camp is partnered with the Performance Network which is a national decentralized program geared towards the development of the players. The selection is based on current and future performance.
Loveridge was one of 37 players to be selected.
A native of Point Chevalier, New Zealand, she was the Co-Capitan of Diocesan School for girls. Loveridge was named goalkeeper of the year in 2018 and 2019. At the National level, her team captured gold in Auckland and Intercity in 2020 and was crowned Champions in intercity in 2019. Loveridge played club for Somerville Hockey Club where she was named Goalkeeper of the year in 2018 and 2019.
Loveridge will join six other incoming freshmen in August for the start of head coach Kayla Bashore's third season with the Indiana Hoosiers.
