Indiana Men's Tennis Names Three Captains for 2021-2022 Season

BLOOMINGTON, Ind– Indiana Men's Tennis coach Jeremy Wurtzman named the team's three captains for the 2021-2022 season on Wednesday.

Seniors Patrick Fletchall, Carson Haskins and Mac Rogers were selected to represent the team in this upcoming campaign.

Fletchall has won 19-career singles matches in his three seasons in Bloomington while also appearing at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles in the Hoosier lineup. The Carmel-native was also an Academic All-Big Ten honoree during the 2020-2021 season.

Haskins is among the most seasoned veterans returning to the IU team. He's notched 34-career singles victories and has spent time at most spots throughout the lineup. Like Fletchall, Haskins was an Academic All-Big Ten honoree last season.

Rogers is a Bloomington native and was an Academic All-Big Ten honoree during the 2020-2021 campaign.

IU opens the season at the ITA Ohio Valley Regional Event this weekend in Knoxville, Ten.
