No. 11/11 Indiana vs. Little Rock

• The Hoosiers improved to 5-0 for the second-straight season under head coach Mike Woodson.
• It marks the first time since 2011-12 and 2012-13 they have started the season 5-0 in back-to-back campaigns. Woodson is 13-1 in non-conference games.
• Tonight was the first time since 1969-70 that IU has scored 80-plus points in first five games. Lou Watson's squad set the school record with seven-straight games to begin year.
• IU entered the game third in the nation in field goal percentage (55.0%) and 11th in scoring (89.0 points per game). The Hoosiers shot 57.6% from the floor and scored 87 points. In the second half, IU shot 16-of-24 from the field (66.7%) and 5-of-10 from long distance (50.0%).
• Sixth-year senior Race Thompson had his first double-digit effort of the season. He had 20 points and eight rebounds and made all seven of his 2-point attempts. It marked the second time in his career he scored 20 points. He had 22 against Providence in the 2020 Maui Invitational.
• Freshman Jalen Hood-Schifino had a season-high 13 points and three assists. He has averaged 12.5 points in his last two outings.
• Junior Jordan Geronimo charted 10 blocked shots off the bench in the last two games. That is the most in a two-game span while not starting either game by an Indiana player since 1996-97. Jeff Newton had nine in 2002 against Wisconsin and Michigan. He finished with 11 points (tied a season-high) and five blocks (tied his career-high).
• Freshman Malik Reneau made his first career start and finished with 10 points and six rebounds. He has scored in double figures in four games this season.
• Fifth-year senior Xavier Johnson had nine points and posted a season-high 10 assists. It was the fifth time in his career he has posted double-digit dimes and second time at IU (12 at Purdue, 2022).
• Fifth-year senior Miller Kopp finished with nine points and made 3-of-5 triples. He is shooting 54.5% from long distance making 12-of-22 3-pointers.
• Sophomore Tamar Bates contributed eight points off the bench and made all four of his charity tosses. He is 6-for-6 from the line this season.
• Sophomore Logan Duncomb tied his career-high with four points but set new career standards for field goals made (2) and minutes played (7).
• Freshmen C.J. Gunn had a basket and Kaleb Banks added a free throw.
• Senior Trayce Jackson-Davis was held out for precautionary reasons after starting 98-consecutive games in his career. Among players in their fourth year of eligibility, he is the second leading scorer in the country with 1,671 points. Max Abmas (Oral Roberts) has scored 1,911 points.
