IUWT Land Five Star Recruit, Elisabeth Dunac

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana women's tennis program announces the addition of five-star recruit Elisabeth Dunac, IU head coach Ramiro Azcui announced.
According to TennisRecruiting.net, the Cabin John, Maryland native, is ranked No. 1 in the state of Maryland and No. 31 nationally in the class of 2023.
"We are very excited to have Elisabeth join us next fall in Bloomingon," Azcui said. "She had an incredible 2022 campaign moving inside the top 30 in the country for her class."
She reached the round of 16 in the girls U16 singles at the USTA National Hard-Court Championships this past summer in San Diego, Calif.
"Elisabeth plays an aggressive style of tennis that will only improve once she gets on campus," Azcui stated. "We were very impressed with her on her visit and we knew right away she would fit our team culture that we are continuing to build here in Bloomington."
Dunac will graduate from Laurel Springs High School in the Spring.
