No. 14/11 Indiana vs. Nebraska

• No. 14/11 Indiana defeated Nebraska 81-65 on Wednesday night at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
• The Hoosiers now lead the all-time series 19-7.
• IU has met Nebraska in three of the last four Big Ten home openers, winning all three of the matchups.
• Four different Hoosiers scored in double-digits in the victory.
• The Hoosiers will return to the court on Saturday evening for a matchup against No. 10/9 Arizona in Las Vegas at 7:30 PM EST.
• IU outrebounded the Huskers 35-25 and held them to just 26 percent shooting from beyond the arc.
• The Hoosiers went 11-of-25 from three and shot 53 percent (32-of-60) overall from the floor on the evening.
• IU never trailed and led for over 39 minutes in the game, extending the lead out to as much as 22 late in the second half.
• Senior forward Trayce Jackson-Davis recorded the third triple-double in program history and the first since Juwan Morgan in 2018 with his 12 points, 11 rebounds and 10 assists.
• His 11 rebounds moved him into seventh on the program's all-time rebounding list, passing Don Schlundt (1952-55).
• He now has 1,728 career points, three shy of moving into the all-time Top-10 scoring list in IU history.
• Junior guard Trey Galloway scored a career-best 20 points, his third double-digit scoring effort of the season and the eighth of his career.
• He made a career-high four 3-point baskets and chipped in four rebounds and one assist in 27 minutes.
• Sophomore guard Tamar Bates scored 19 points on a career-high five 3-point baskets, the sixth double-digit scoring night of his career.
• He grabbed four rebounds and dished out two assists in 24 minutes off the bench.
• Fifth-year senior forward Miller Kopp scored 13 points to pair with four rebounds and three assists.
• After scoring 21 against Rutgers on Dec. 3, he has now scored in double digits in back-to-back games for the first time as a Hoosier.
• Sixth-year senior forward Race Thompson tallied nine points and six rebounds.
• Fifth-year senior guard Xavier Johnson scored four points and dished out four assists.
