• Indiana got 18 points from its bench.

• Indiana outrebounded Illinois, 33-30.

• IU outscored Illinois in points in the paint, 24-20.

• The Hoosiers will get back on the road for a road contest at Northwestern on Tuesday, Feb. 8 at 9 p.m. in Welsh-Ryan Arena.

• Redshirt Senior/Redshirt Junior Race Thompson led Indiana in scoring with 13 points while also recording six rebounds, two assists, and two blocks. This was his third straight game scoring in double-figures.

• Senior/Junior Xavier Johnson had 12 points, five rebounds, and five assists on the day.
