Indiana to Play in VyStar Gators Invitational

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana Hoosier women's golf team returns to competition against a challenging field at the VyStar Gators Invitational hosted by the University of Florida over the weekend at the Mark Bostic Golf Course.

TOURNAMENT NOTES
• The 54-hole tournament will begin with 36 holes played on March 5 and be followed by the final round of 18 on March 6.
• This year will mark the 50th edition of the tournament. Indiana will attempt to become the second Big Ten team (Michigan State, 2010) to win the event.
• The field consists of eight teams ranked inside the top-50 of the most recent GolfStat rankings, headlined by No. 2 Oklahoma State. No. 12 Michigan, No. 23 Ole Miss, No. 29 UCF, No. 35 Mississippi State, No. 38 Michigan State, No. 43 ETSU, and Denver No. 50 round out the participating programs inside the top-50.
• Indiana will be paired with FIU and Maryland in the opening round beginning with a shotgun start of the 15th tee box.
