Indiana vs. Michigan (Big Ten Tournament)

• No. 9 seed Indiana (19-12, 9-11) beat No. 8 seed Michigan (17-14, 11-9), 74-69, in the second round of the Big Ten Tournament on Thursday afternoon at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
• This was the seventh consecutive Indiana win at Gainbridge Fieldhouse since Michigan beat the Hoosiers in the 2016 Big Ten Tournament.
• Indiana came back from down 17 points when Michigan led 60-43 at the 12:52 mark of the second half. This was the largest comeback in Indiana postseason history.
• Indiana is now 2-1 all-time vs Michigan in the Big Ten Tournament.
• From 12:52 until 1:42, Michigan did not make a field goal. In that time, Indiana went on a 28-4 run.
• Indiana shot 46.4% from the field and 53.3% (8-of-15) from the 3-point line.
• Indiana's defense forced Michigan to commit 12 turnovers, including 10 in the first half. The Hoosiers scored 12 points off the Wolverines' turnovers.
• The Hoosiers scored 30 points in the paint.
• The Hoosiers will face No. 1 seed Illinois in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten Tournament on Friday, March 11 at 11:30 A.M. at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
• Junior/Sophomore Trayce Jackson-Davis led all scorers with 24 points on 10-of-17 shooting. Jackson-Davis added eight rebounds and four blocks, as well.
• Jackson-Davis' 24 points was the second highest single-game scoring output for an Indiana player in Big Ten Tournament history.
• Jackson-Davis has now had multiple blocks in 22 of 31 games this season.
• Senior/Junior Xavier Johnson tallied 17 points, eight rebounds, and seven assists.
• Johnson's last two points came off two made free throws with nine seconds left in the game, putting the Hoosiers up 73-69 at the time and ultimately sealing the win.
• The eight rebounds tied Johnson's career-high for most rebounds in a single game.
• Senior/Junior Miller Kopp had nine points and three rebounds.
• Redshirt Senior/Redshirt Junior Race Thompson notched five points and four rebounds.
• Redshirt Senior/Redshirt Junior Parker Stewart had five points.
• Senior/Junior Rob Phinisee chipped in five points and two assists.
