LOS ANGELES – No. 3 USC was too much for No. 15 Indiana as it fell 16-3 on Saturday afternoon at Uytengsu Aquatics Center.

KEY MOMENTS
- The Hoosiers dug themselves in to a hole early, trailing 4-0 before freshman Sophia Sollie added one to the board with 4:21 to play. That would be the only goal for IU in the frame as it trailed USC, 6-1, after the first.
- Freshman Skylar Kidd netted a fast break opportunity off a feed from senior Tina Doherty at the six-minute mark in the second quarter, but the Trojans maintained a sizeable lead at the break, 9-2.
- Indiana came up empty in the third, allowing USC to pile on four more goals to take a 13-2 advantage. In the fourth, senior Izzy Mandema netted a goal but the Trojan attack was just too powerful in the end.
