• The Hoosiers got on the board first in the opening inning. Cora Bassett doubled to right center and Brittany Ford drove her home with an RBI single.
• Cora Bassett and Brianna Copeland both hit home runs in the third inning as the Hoosiers increased their lead to 4-0.
• Kent State scored one run in the fourth and two in the fifth to get within three at 6-3.
• Brianna Copeland hit her second home run of the day in the fifth inning to put the Hoosiers up 7-3.
• Kent State scored five runs in the seventh inning to tie the game 8-8.
• Kent State scored three runs in the ninth to go up 11-8.
• Aaliyah Andrews hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the ninth to tie the game 11-11.
• Brianna Copeland hit her third home run of the game, a three-run shot to left field in the bottom of the ninth inning to walk it off for the Hoosiers for the 14-11 win.

• The Hoosiers improve to 18-8 on the season.
• Brianna Copeland had three home runs in the game and now has seven for the season. Copeland raised her season batting average to .404.
• Cora Bassett went 3-for-4 and hit her 10th home run of the season. Bassett is now hitting a blistering .439 on the season with a .951 slugging percentage and a .515 on base percentage.
• Aaliyah Andrews hit her first home run of the season and her second career home run. Andrews also stole two bases.
• The Hoosiers stole seven bases in the game.
• Kinsey Mitchell went 2-for-4 at the plate and scored three runs.
• Copeland came in to pitch for the Hoosiers and recorded the win.
• Indiana had 14 hits in the game and lead the Big Ten in batting average at .313.
