Softball Accepting Registrations for Lil’ Sis Program

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana softball invites girls to register for their Lil' Sis program. The program, which is entering its sixth season, is a club for girls in grades 1-6, who adopt a player as a friend, role model and mentor.
The program provides our student-athletes an opportunity to become a positive influence on young girls, while allowing the Lil' Sis to interact with her Big Sis on a more personal level. Lil' Sis' experience the game of softball played at a competitive level by quality student-athletes and enjoy special program benefits.
"The Lil' Sis program is not only rewarding for the young girls, but it's rewarding for us as players," senior Cora Bassett said of the program. "It's awesome getting to hear from our lil sis's and the dreams they have because I remember being right where they are! Our team feels blessed to be role models to these girls!"
