• Indiana University continues its 124th season of competition in men's basketball with a matchup against Harvard at 4:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 26, at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on BTN.
• The Crimson enter the contest with a 5-1 record including three wins away from the Lavietes Pavilion in Boston. Harvard owns true road victories over Rice (89-76), UMass (78-75), and Colgate (76-70).

• The Hoosiers won the lone matchup between the two programs by a score of 97-76 on Dec. 2, 1972, in Bloomington.
• Indiana was led by Hall of Famer Steve Downing in the 1972-73 season opener. He finished the game with a 31-point, 12-rebound double-double. Downing would be named Big Ten MVP and lead Indiana to a Final Four appearance that season.

• Indiana defeated Louisville in a 74-66 win on day two of the Empire Classic (Nov. 20) at Madison Square Garden behind a massive output from the second unit.

• Hoosier head coach Mike Woodson, an Indianapolis native, has won four of the five games he has coached in the home of the Indiana Pacers since his hire.
• Woodson played Broad Ripple High School in Indianapolis and averaged 28.6 points as a senior. He scored 1,154 points in his career and earned All-State honors while being a member of the Indiana All-Stars.
Sophomore Jump for Reneau
• Sophomore forward Malik Reneau has posted double digits in the scoring column in all five games this season, including four efforts of at least 14 points. He notched a career-high 18 points against No. 5/4 UConn (Nov. 19).
• The Miami, Fla., native scored in double figures in seven games during his freshman campaign, while hitting 14 points or more just twice.
• Reneau is averaging 15.0 points, 4.4 rebounds, a team-high 3.0 assists, and 1.4 blocks in 28 minutes per game.
Big Man on Campus
• Sophomore center Kel'el Ware, a transfer from Oregon, leads the team in points per game (15.8), rebounds (9.0), and blocks (1.6) while shooting 56.3% in 32 minutes per game.
• The North Little Rock, Ark., native posted his first career double-double (13p, 12r) in his Indiana debut against Florida Gulf Coast (Nov. 7). His second-career double-double came against Wright State (Nov. 16) with 22 points and 12 boards.
Paint Production
• Indiana averages 37.2 points per game in the paint and shoots 58.5% (107-of-183) from inside the arc. The Hoosiers hold opponents to 24.4 points per night in the key.
• IU scored a season-best 56 points in the paint against Wright State (Nov. 16).
Empire State of Mind
• Sophomore forward Malik Reneau, a member of the 2023 Saatva Empire Classic All-Tournament Team, showed out in the World's Most Famous Arena. He averaged 15.0 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.0 steal, and 1.5 blocks in a pair of games against No. 5/4 UConn and Louisville.
• Sophomore forward Kaleb Banks had a breakout game against border rival Louisville (Nov. 20) in the Empire Classic. He posted career highs in rebounds (8), assists (3), steals (3), blocks (3), and minutes (25) to go along with four points.
