• Indiana (1-0) beat Florida Golf Coast (0-1), 69-63, in the Hoosiers Home opener on Tuesday night at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
• Indiana is 2-0 all time versus FGCU. The last meeting came on Nov. 12, 2010, when the Hoosiers defeated the Eagles, 88-60.
• IU is now 20-1 against teams currently housed in the Atlantic Sun Conference.
• Next, Indiana will host Army on Sunday, Nov. 12 in their second regular season game at 7 p.m. ET in Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
• IU shot 23-of-45 (51.1%) from the field and held FGCU to 24-of-62 (38.7%) from the field.
• The Hoosiers outscored FGCU 30-18 in the paint.
• Indiana held the lead for 33 minutes and their biggest lead was 11.

• Freshman guard Gabe Cupps scored five points while adding two rebounds, two steals, and one assist.
• Freshman forward Mackenzie Mgbako tallied four points, three rebounds, one assist, one steal, and one block.
• Fifth-year senior forward Anthony Walker scored two points and added four rebounds and one block.
• Sophomore guard CJ Gunn finished with one rebound in nine minutes of action.
