"It's good to be back in Simon Scott Assembly Hall. I thought we had a great crowd tonight We're always grateful that our fans even on a Monday night and a little chilly out there that they showed up for us. I didn't realize until after the game and I looked at the stat sheet I thought that was a very quiet 30 that Yarden (Garzon) had, but very efficient, she and Mackenzie both. Looking at the stat sheets that we did a real you know several really good things but too many turnovers. Some of those were charges with Sydney and Jules (LaMendola) and I think Yarden also had one. We are still not shooting a great from the free throw line as good as I think we can. One of our goals was to keep them under their average of 20 free throws and we kept them at 14. I thought that was we still fouled way too much, but at least we kept them under their average. For a week that is weird, always when you come off of finals week, to come out and try to get back in rhythm, I thought it was a good night."

- Indiana shot 71.7 percent from the floor, which is the highest single game field goal percentage in NCAA Division I women's college basketball this season. The previous single game high was set by Michigan State against Detroit Mercy earlier this season (70.9).
- Additionally, it marked the program's highest single game field goal percentage, with the previous record of 68.6 percent against Iowa in 1975, falling in Monday night's win.
- Garzon had a near-perfect shooting night across the board, hitting 12-14 from the field and going 3-4 from the line.
