• Indiana (7-1, 2-0 Big Ten) defeated Michigan (4-5, 0-1 Big Ten) by a score of78-75 Tuesday night in Ann Arbor, Mich.
• The last Time IU won two-straight games in the Crisler Center came from Feb. 17, 2002 to March 4, 2006 (four games).
• Indiana leads the All-Time series 111-65.
• Indiana held Michigan to 4-of-17 (23.5%) from deep.
• IU outscored Michigan 52-28 in points in the paint.
• Sophomore forward Malik Reneau scored 15 points on 6-of-11 shooting and 3-of-4 from the charity stripe. Reneau also added six rebounds and two blocks.
• Sophomore center Kel'el Ware scored 13 points on 6-of-10 shooting and added eight rebounds, one assist, one block. and the game-sealing steal on Michigan's final in-bounds play.
• In the past three game Ware has averaged 19.7 points and 10.0 rebounds per game while hitting 26-of-35 (74.3%) shots from the floor.
• Freshman forward Mackenzie Mgbako scored 11 points on 4-of-6 shooting and 2-of-2 from the free throw line. Mgbako also added four rebounds.
• Senior guard Trey Galloway scored nine points and added one steal in 31 minutes of action.
• Fifth-year senior forward Anthony Walker scored eight points on a perfect 4-of-4 shooting and added three rebounds and one assist.
• Sophomore guard CJ Gunn scored a season-high eight points on 2-of-3 shooting from 3 and added a career-high-tying four steals, two assists, and one block.
• Sophomore forward Kaleb Banks scored six points on 3-of-5 shooting and added two rebounds (both offensive), one assist, and one steal.
• Junior forward Payton Sparks scored six points on 2-of-3 from the field and the free throw line while also adding one rebound in nine minutes of action.
• Freshman guard Gabe Cupps recorded two points while adding two rebounds, two assists, and one steal in 32 minutes of action.
• Indiana's next game is at 2 p.m. ET on Dec. 9 against Auburn at the State Farm Center in Atlanta. The game is part of the 10th-annual Holiday Hoopsgiving.
