TULSA, Okla. ––––– Indiana's season came to a close on Friday night during Session IV at the NCAA Championships.

Indiana redshirt senior Graham Rooks lost in a tough bout to No. 10 Michael Blockhus (Minnesota) in a 6-2 decision. The loss came in the Blood Round (Round of 12/Consolation Round 4).

With Rooks' loss to Blockhus, no Hoosiers remain in the tournament.

Rooks' run to the Blood Round was the furthest an Indiana wrestler had made it at the NCAA Championships since Nate Jackson finished in 8^th place at the 2017 NCAA Championships at 184 lbs.

It was also the furthest a wrestler has gone at NCAAs in Angel Escobedo's coaching era.
