
Drew Salyers Advances to NCAA Championships, Indiana Finishes in Seventh at Auburn Regional

AUBURN, Ala. –––– Indiana Men's Golf shot a 293 (+5) to wrap up the third and final round of competition at the NCAA Regional. The Hoosiers finished in seventh place after 18 holes of play at the Auburn University Club on Wednesday.
Indiana junior Drew Salyers qualified for the NCAA Championship as the top-placing individual of a non-advancing team in the regional field. Salyers finished tied for fourth in the regional standings, shooting a 212 (72-68-72; -4) over the course of the three days.
Salyers will be the first Hoosier representative to compete at the NCAA Championship since Jake Brown reached the final in 2018.
The Hoosiers just missed the cutline as a team, placing seventh as the top five teams advanced to the final.
