ROSEMONT, Ill. - The Indiana volleyball team is set to have a program record four matches televised on the Big Ten Network this fall, as announced by the conference office on Tuesday (August 1) afternoon.
IU will feature on national television three times in Wilkinson Hall this season including the conference opener on September 20th against Illinois (8:00 PM ET).
The Hoosiers welcome Nebraska for a Saturday night matchup on the final day of September, the programs' only meeting of the season. This marks the third-consecutive season that the two teams have met on national television but the first time playing in Bloomington.
The Monon Spike game between IU and Purdue returns to Bloomington this year and will be televised as part of the Big Ten Network's Wednesday night volleyball doubleheader on October 11th.
IU and Purdue have played a Big Ten record 110 matches against each other and will play on consecutive Wednesdays in October on the 11th (Bloomington) and 18th (West Lafayette).
The Hoosiers head to Champaign on October 25th to begin a four-game road swing with a matchup against Illinois (8:00 PM ET). IU defeated Illinois in four sets in 2022 but hasn't played in Champaign since the 2021 campaign.
A full list of start times for IU's remaining conference matches will be announced in the coming weeks by the respective host school.
