Volleyball Accolade Tracker

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - With a veteran squad in 2023, IU's roster of talented athletes is beginning to hit the first of many career accolades set to come their way. Junior setter Camryn Haworth was the first to reach a record mark, picking up career ace No. 100 in late-August.
Among the players to reach milestones in 2023 included senior middle blocker Savannah Kjolhede and freshman libero Ramsey Gary.

Indiana Rally-Era Aces Program Record
#10 Haworth, Camryn
IU's junior setter became the 19th member of the 100-ace club after delivering back-to-back service aces from the end line against Long Beach State on August 31st. She broke IU's rally-era record on September 30th vs. No. 2 Nebraska with her 131st and 132nd career aces.
The Hoosiers all-time ace record was set in 1998 by Jen Magelssen (197). She's now got 164 for her career with one more season remaining.
Indiana Rally-Era Aces Single Season Record
#10 Haworth, Camryn
After grabbing the program rally-era record, Haworth nabbed the program's rally era single-season record as well after depositing aces No. 52 and 53 in a win over Ohio State. She's now got 73 in total on the year.
Haworth came close last season but made quick of the record in 2023, besting the previous mark with 10 matches to go in the regular season. The all-time program record, set in 1980, sits at 79. Since the Big Ten and NCAA began sponsoring volleyball in 1981, Haworth's 73 aces are the most in a single season in program history.
Indiana Freshman Digs Single Season Record
#32 Gary, Ramsey
The best freshman libero in program history, Gary broke IU's single season freshman digs record with 23 in a win at Rutgers on November 3rd. She had a run of seven-straight matches with 20+ digs during Big Ten play and has nine of those such marks on the season.
IU's previous freshman digs mark was 402 which Gary passed easily with three weeks remaining in the season. She finished 2023 with 530.
Indiana All-Time Digs Single Season Record
#32 Gary, Ramsey
After breaking the freshman digs record, Gary went on to shatter IU's all-time single season digs record with 14 in the season finale at Michigan.
She totaled 530 digs on the season and played every set and match of the season. She averaged 4.34 digs per set and was avoided by most offenses down the stretch of the year.
300 Career Blocks
#18 Rammelsberg, Kaley
IU's only fifth-year player, Rammelsberg is up over 300 blocks for her career. She had 151 in two years at High Point and finished her three years at Indiana with 248. She passed the 300 mark during the Long Beach Invitational and followed that up with 23 blocks in three matches at the Stacheville Challenge.
Her 23 blocks in three-straight games were the most since 2014 by an IU player in a trio of consecutive games. She earned MVP honors at the Stacheville Challenge for her dominant play.
#15 Kjolhede, Savannah
The Colleyville, Texas native joined her middle blocker counterpart in passing the 300-block mark, becoming the 14th player in program history to do so. She did it in dominating fashion, blocking a career high 12 shots against Illinois on September 20th to pass 300 for her career.
Since arriving in Bloomington, Kjolhede has been a staple in the IU lineup and is now among the best blockers in the program's history. She is No. 10 all-time at IU with 385 blocks.
2,000 Career Assists
#10 Haworth, Camryn
One of many accolades to come in her career at IU, Haworth became the 11th player in program history to record 2,000 assists after dishing out 33 in a win over Jacksonville on Sept. 16.
She also became the fourth player in program history with over 2,000 assists, 500 digs and 100 aces in a single career. Haworth is now No. 8 all-time at IU in assists.
She's got 2,862 for her carer, moving her closer to the next milestone of 3,000.
1,000 Career Kills

As consistent as they come for IU, Rammelsberg used a 13-kill effort vs. Minnesota to pass 1,000 for her career. 631 of those have come in the past three years for IU after two years at High Point.
During her time at IU, she hit a collective .329 with 646 kills on 1,449 attempts. She finished her career second in program history in hitting percentage, only behind All-American Ashley Benson in offensive efficiency as a Hoosier.
