Big Ten Volleyball Breakdown: Week 2

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - The Big Ten Volleyball season is off and running in 2023. Perhaps the nation's deepest conference, the Big Ten offers a wide variety of physical and skillful teams that have a shot at making the NCAA Tournament this year.
After two weeks of action, here's how thing shake out in the conference.
BIG TEN WEEK IN REVIEW
• Wisconsin had three big wins over the SEC including a pair of victories at Arkansas and a home win against Tennessee.
• Nebraska broke the world record for a crowd for a women's sporting event with over 90K crammed inside Memorial Stadium.
• Penn State, Iowa and Michigan State won three matches a piece at their respective home invitationals.
• Purdue won a pair of five-set thrillers against ranked opponents in Kansas and Marquette.
• Minnesota lost ranked battles at Florida and vs. Texas while Indiana lost three tough matches on the west coast at the Long Beach Invitational.
