Indiana Men’s Tennis Notches Top-25 Recruiting Class

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––– The 2024 Indiana Men's Tennis recruiting class earned significant national recognition Monday morning.
The Hoosiers' incoming class was ranked No. 24 out of all NCAA Division I Men's programs by Tennis Recruiting Network.
Indiana's 2024 class features Karan Raghavendra, Braeden Gelletich, and Matteo Antonescu, three players who will begin competing for IU this fall.
Karan Raghavendra is a highly accomplished player hailing from Dublin, California. The most recent individual rankings have earned him a No. 48 standing from Tennis Recruiting Network.
Braeden Gelletich, from Goshen New York, is another strong addition for the Hoosiers. Gelletich sits at a No. 46 national ranking from Tennis Recruiting Network.
Matteo Antonescu will join Karan Raghavendra is the other California native in IU's 2024 recruiting class. Hailing from Mountain View, California, Antonescu has earned a No. 58 ranking from Tennis Recruiting Network.
The combination of Raghavendra, Gelletich, and Antonescu earned 62 points on the Tennis Recruiting Network's class rating system, giving the No.24 overall recruiting class rank.
Indiana had the third-highest rated class of any team in the Big Ten. Illinois and Northwestern were the only conference opponents that had a higher ranking, as their classes were considered No. 20 and No. 21 by TRN.
