TEAM
• Indiana is 36-47-1 all-time against Northwestern and is on a one-game winning streak against the Wildcats (2019).
• Indiana's last win at Northwestern came during the 1993 season and was a part of the longest winning streak in the series that ran from 1985-93 (nine games).
• Indiana starts a season 6-0 for the second time in program history (1967). IU started two other seasons with 5-0-1 records (1988 and 1945).
• With a sixth win of the season, head coach Curt Cignetti is tied for No. 3 in wins by an IU head coach in his first full season with Madison G. Gonteman (6; 1896). He is behind James M. Sheldon (8; 1905) and Bill Lynch (7; 2007).
• The six-game winning streak is the longest streak since an eight-game stretch during the 1967 season (Week 1-8).
• Indiana's game captains were: DL James Carpenter, RB Justice Ellison, OL Mike Katic.
• Northwestern won the coin toss and deferred the opening kickoff. Indiana received the opening kick.
• Indiana scored 40-plus points in five-straight games for the first time in program history.
• With a double-digit win, Indiana matched its longest streak of double-digit wins in program history. The prior stretch spanned the 1905 and 1906 seasons.
• The three games with 500-plus yards of total offense in 2024 are the most since 2019 (four games) (Eastern Illinois, 555; Rutgers, 557; at Maryland, 520; at Purdue, 522).
• The last time IU had three-straight games with 500-plus yards of total offense was a four-game stretch to end the 2015 season (Week 11-13, bowl).
• Indiana has nine scoring drives of 10 plays or more which matches its total from all of 2023.

• Connected with Kurtis Rourke on a 7-yard touchdown reception in the second quarter.

• Rushed for a 5-yard touchdown to reach the end zone for the fifth straight game, for the longest streak by a Hoosier since Stevie Scott III in 2018 (Week 8-9, 11-13).

• Caught a 4-yard touchdown reception from Kurtis Rourke in the fourth quarter.

• Charted a career-high six tackles.

• Owns at least one tackle in all 29 career appearances.
• With 2.0 tackles for loss he now has at least a half a tackle for loss in 26 of 29 career games.

• Had his fifth touchdown as a Hoosier and his third in three weeks on a 1-yard rush in the fourth quarter.

• Tied a career-high 1.0 tackles for loss. He has reached the mark twice prior, most recently at Georgia State while at James Madison in 2023.

Nicolas Radicic | K | R-Fr.
• With five PAT conversions, moved into No. 7 on the single-season extra points made chart with 39. He passed Griffin Oakes (38; 2017) and Andy Payne (38; 2000) in the contest.
• First career multiple field goal game, converting on both of his attempts.

Kurtis Rourke | QB | R-Sr.+
• Had a 25-of-33 passing day with 380 yards and three touchdowns.
• It was his 12th career game throwing for three touchdowns and third as a Hoosier.Â
• First Hoosier with 3-plus touchdown passes in three Big Ten games since 1967.

Elijah Sarratt | WR | Jr.
• Moved his consecutive games with a catch streak to 31-straight games on his 29-yard reception on the opening drive.
• Recorded back-to-back weeks with 100-plus yards receiving on seven catches for 135 yards. It was the 10th time in his career eclipsing the 100-yard mark in a game.

• Logged a 37-yard reception late in the second quarter to set up a Nicolas Radicic field goal to put Indiana up 17-10 at halftime.Â

• Hauled in a career-long 52-yard reception in the third quarter.
