Indiana vs. Miami (Ohio)

• The Indiana Men's Basketball team (7-2) beat Miami (Ohio) 76-57 on Friday (Dec. 6) evening at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall to win its third-straight game. The Hoosiers move to 6-0 on the season in Bloomington.
• On the night, the Hoosiers shot 53.8% from the floor. IU's 46 total rebounds were the most by the team in a single game since grabbing 47 in a win over Morehead State on Dec. 19, 2023.
• IU held Miami (Ohio) to just 30.8% shooting from the floor, the lowest output by any of its opponents this season. It's the lowest shooting percentage that IU has held another team to since limiting Penn State to 27.6% in the Big Ten Tournament on March 14, 2024.
• Four different players scored in double figures for IU, led by a game high 19 points from junior forward Malik Reneau. He's scored 10+ points in seven of nine games this season and is averaging 15.0 points per game.
• Sixth-year center Oumar Ballo contributed his first double-double of the season and the 35th of his career with 14 points (5-for-6 shooting) and a season high 18 rebounds. His 18 boards were the most by an IU player since Trayce Jackson-Davis grabbed 18 against Rutgers on Feb. 7, 2023.
• Ballo is the third IU player in the last 30 years (Trayce Jackson Davis and Jared Jeffries) to record 10+ points, 15+ rebounds and 5+ assists in a single game.
• Redshirt sophomore guard Myles Rice provided 17 points on 6-for-7 shooting from the floor. He grabbed two rebounds and dished out one assist.
• Fifth-year senior guard Trey Galloway was IU's fourth player in double figures, adding 13 points in the win. He also chipped in two rebounds and two assists and was +27 in 30 minutes on the floor.
• Sophomore forward Mackenzie Mgbako scored four points but also added four rebounds and three assists.
• Senior forward Luke Goode was productive off the bench with nine points and three rebounds. He gave the Hoosiers 25 minutes in reserve on Friday night.
• Freshman forward Bryson Tucker played 16 minutes and recorded five rebounds and two assists.
• Fifth-year senior guard Anthony Leal gave IU 14 minutes off the bench
• Senior center Langdon Hatton and redshirt freshman guard Jakai Newton played the final two minutes of the game.
