• Indiana is 8-5 all-time against Maryland.
• Indiana started a season 5-0 for the third time in program history (2024, 1967 and 1910). IU started four other seasons with 4-0-1 records (1990, 1988, 1945 and 1898).
• With his fifth win of the season, head coach Curt Cignetti is now tied for No. 4 in wins by an IU head coach in his first full season behind James M. Sheldon (8; 1905), Bill Lynch (7; 2007) and Madison G. Gonteman (6; 1896).
• The five-game winning streak is the longest streak since a five-gamer during the 1987 season (Week 3-7).

• Scored on a 19-yard run in the third quarter to put Indiana ahead 21-14.
• Has notched a rushing touchdown in four consecutive games (Western Illinois, 9/6; at UCLA, 9/14; Charlotte, 9/21; Maryland, 9/28).
James Evans | P | Sr.
• Landed one of two punts inside the Maryland 10-yard line to mark his 21st career punt downed inside the opponents 10.
Aiden Fisher | LB | Jr.
• Tied a season-high 12 tackles and logged eight-plus tackles in each of the first five weeks of the season.
• Marked his sixth career double-digit tackle game and second of his IU tenure.
Mikail Kamara | DL | R-Jr.
• Tied a career-high seven tackles. It was the first time he reached the mark since 2023 while at James Madison.
• Owns at least one tackle in all 28 career appearances.
• With 1.5 tackles for loss he now has at least a half a tackle for loss in 25 of 28 career games.

• Scored a 14-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter.
• Has logged touchdowns in back-to-back weeks and four out of the five weeks this season.

• Caught a 12-yard touchdown pass from Kurtis Rourke in the fourth quarter.

• Moved his consecutive games with a catch streak to 30-straight games on his 9-yard reception in the first quarter.
• Connected with Kurtis Rourke on a 13-yard touchdown reception to put Indiana up 28-21 late in the third quarter.
• Had seven receptions for 128 receiving yards for his ninth-career game with 100-plus yards receiving.
