Cecilia Maixner Named October’s Female Scholar-Athlete of the Month

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––– Indiana Field Hockey senior Cecilia Maixner has been named IU's Female Scholar-Athlete of the Month for October.
Maixner has displayed excellent work ethic both in the classroom and on the field to achieve this honor.
Maixner is a two-time Academic All-Big Ten honoree, a Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and a three-time NFHCA National Academic Squad honoree.
She has made 28 appearances and one start throughout her IU career.
