• The Indiana men's basketball team (17-11, 8-9 B1G) staged a second-half comeback for the second-straight game with an 83-78 win over Penn State (15-14, 5-13 B1G) on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.
• The Hoosiers dished out assists on 24-of-29 made field goals. The 24 assists marked the second most for the Hoosiers this season behind the 26 assists the team dished out against Eastern Illinois on Nov. 10, 2024.
• Sixth-year senior center Oumar Ballo recorded 20 points, 12 rebounds, five assists, and two steals in 36 minutes. The game marked his seventh career game with at least 20 points and 10 rebounds and first since Jan. 17, 2025.
• Ballo is the seventh player in the Big Ten this season to post at least 20 points, 10 rebounds, and five assists in a game this season.
• In two games against Penn State, Ballo averaged 22.5 points, 12.5 rebounds, 4.0 assists.
• Fifth-year senior guard Trey Galloway secured 16 points on 4-of-5 shooting from the 3-point. He added nine assists, three rebounds, and two steals. Galloway produced at least 15 points and nine assists in consecutive games for the first time in his career.
• The Culver Academies graduate has dished out 407 assists in his career with the Cream and Crimson, the eighth most in program history. He trails Randy Wittman (432) for seventh.
• Sophomore forward Mackenzie Mgbako added 13 points, two rebounds, and two assists in 28 minutes.
• Redshirt sophomore guard Myles Rice recorded 13 points, two rebounds, two assists, and two steals in 23 minutes off the bench. His 13 points outscored the entire Penn State bench (10 points).
• Senior forward Luke Goode scored 10 points on 2-of-3 shooting from the 3-point line. He added three assists and a pair of rebounds.
• Fifth-year senior guard Anthony Leal chipped in six points, four rebounds, and three assists in his 10th start of the season.
• Sophomore guard Kanaan Carlyle scored five points to go along with two rebounds and a steal in 10 minutes.
• Senior center Langdon Hatton saw four minutes of run.
• Indiana will travel west for a two-game road trip against Washington (March 1) and Oregon (March 4).
