Indiana at Wisconsin
Feb. 4, 2025
• The Indiana Men's Basketball team (14-9, 5-7 B1G) dropped a 76-64 contest to #21/19 Wisconsin on Tuesday (Feb. 4) night at the Kohl Center in Madison. Wisconsin opened the game on a 13-2 run and never trailed.
• Redshirt sophomore guard Myles Rice provided 10 points on the evening. He added three rebounds and three assists for the Hoosiers.
• He was the first IU player to reach double figures in scoring on Tuesday. Rice has scored 10+ points in six of the last eight contests.
• Sophomore forward Mackenzie Mgbako scored 10 of his team high 15 points in the second half. He added four rebounds and a block.
• Mgbako scored in double figures for the fourth-straight game. He is amidst the longest streak of his season scoring in double figures in consecutive contests. He last hit 10+ points on four-straight occasions when he ended the 2023-24 campaign with six double-digit efforts in a row.
• Senior forward Luke Goode connected on 3 three-point field goals as part of an 11-point effort. He grabbed five rebounds for the first time since recording seven at Penn State (Jan. 5, 2025).
• Goode scored in double figures for the fifth time in the last six games. It's also the eighth time in league play that he's contributed at least three 3-point field goals this season.
• Sixth-year senior center Oumar Ballo scored four points and added six rebounds.
• Freshman forward Bryson Tucker contributed nine points including a pair of 3-point field goals. He matched a career high with six rebounds.
• Fifth-year senior guard Trey Galloway came off the bench and scored nine points. He provided five assists for the sixth-consecutive game.
• Junior forward Malik Reneau scored six points. He also had six rebounds.
• Fifth-year senior guard Anthony Leal grabbed two rebounds.
• Up Next: The Hoosiers return home on Saturday afternoon (Feb. 8) to play #24/22 Michigan at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall. Saturday's contest with the Wolverines will be broadcasted on CBS and tip at 1:00 p.m.
