BLOOMINGTON, Ind.. –––– Indiana Men's Tennis got back into the win column on Friday Afternoon, defeating Wisconsin, 4-2, at the Nielsen Tennis Stadium.

Wisconsin would take the lead early, winning the doubles point. The Badgers would earn wins at No. 2 & 3 doubles to take the lead heading into singles play.

In singles play, freshman Braeden Gelletich would put Indiana on the board with a win at No. 4 singles, 7-5, 6-3. Deacon Thomas would follow up with a win at No. 3 singles, 6-2, 7-5.

Jip van Assendelft would put Indiana in a position to win the match with a win at No. 1 singles, 6-2, 1-6, 6-4.

Karan Raghavendra clinched the match victory with a win at No. 5 singles, 6-4, 6-3.

Indiana will be back in action on Sunday, March 30, in a road match against Nebraska. That match will begin at 1 p.m.
