Sam Scherer Earns Big Ten Sportsmanship Award

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. –––– Indiana's Sam Scherer was honored with Conference Recognition on Friday Morning by the Big Ten office.
Scherer was named a Big Ten Sportsmanship Award by the conference. Scherer was one of eighteen student-athletes around the conference to earn the sportsmanship award.
Scherer is a junior from Bradenton, Fla. who previously played at Tulane. Scherer was a consistent doubles performer alongside freshman Matteo Antonescu. Scherer also appeared in eleven singles matches, playing at the No. 4, 5, and 6 singles spots.
