Meet Central: IUTF Travels for First Split Meet

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – The Indiana track and field program will break apart for the first split weekend of the season. The Hoosiers will send the distance and pole vault groups to South Bend, Ind. for the Meyo Invitational while the sprinters will head south for the PNC Lenny Lyles Invite in Louisville, Ky.

Indiana will see high quality competition this at the Meyo Invite including Big Ten opponents Iowa, Michigan State, Minnesota, Northwestern, Ohio State, and Wisconsin. At the Lenny Lyles Invite, the sprint group will see more strong competition with over 50 competing teams including Alabama, Ball State, Belmont, Butler, Cincinnati, Dayton, Louisville, Memphis, Michigan State, Ohio State, Texas A&M, South Florida, and Western Kentucky

Indiana has entered 42 athletes in a combined 18 events on the men's and women's side.
