Indiana Ready for Road Matchup

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. ––– The Indiana men's tennis team hits the road this weekend as the Hoosiers travel to New Hampshire to face off against undefeated Dartmouth this Saturday, Feb. 7.
Indiana is coming off two home wins after defeating Middle Tennessee 4-1 and Toledo 4-0. The team saw a strong performance from Ben Pomeranets, who secured a singles point in both matches. Sunday's victories improved the Hoosiers to 4-2 on the season.
For Dartmouth, the team has started the season off 5-0, picking up wins against Bryant, Fairfield University, Merrimack College, and Boston University. Dartmouth has won four of its five matches by a 7-0 score, with the only outlier being the second game of a doubleheader against Bryant.
Indiana looks to give Dartmouth its toughest challenge yet. The Hoosiers boast the ITA No. 19-ranked duo in Sam Landau and Jip van Assendelft, as well as the No. 72-ranked duo of Matteo Antonescu and Michael Andre. Dartmouth counters with the No. 39-ranked tandem of Miles Groom and Henry Ren.
The match will begin at 1 p.m. inside the Boss Tennis Center in Hanover, NH.
