BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Indiana women's soccer drops their first game of the season as they fall to Xavier 2-3 on Wednesday night. The Hoosiers scored two goals late but were unable to find the equalizer.

With the loss, the Hoosiers move to 2-1-1 on the season.

KEY MOMENTS

Xavier scored first, taking the 1-0 lead with a goal from Peyton Kohls. She was assisted by Breanna Darda.
Xavier scored their second goal of the first half to take a 2-0 lead into halftime.
The Musketeers scored their third goal in the 56^th minute from a goal by Sara Parker and assisted by Kohls.
Midfielder Maggie Ledwith put the Hoosiers on the board with her cleanup goal in the 88^th minute, assisted by forward Amaya Falzarano.
The Hoosiers put their second goal in net with seconds on the clock. Midfielder Kennedy Neighbors touched the ball in on an assist for defender Grace Hamm.
With only second on the clock, the Hoosiers were unable to score the equalizer, finishing with the 2-3 loss.
