2018-19 (GRADUATE STUDENT)—At Indiana
Cross Country:
Made his Indiana debut at the Miami Open where he placed 14^th (25:50.90)…saw a season best time at Nuttycombe where he took 26^th (25:25.9)…took 36^th in the Meet of Champions with a time of 26:29.9…competed at the Bradley Pink Classic and clocked a time of 25:41.6…snagged a fourth place finish in the Illini Open (25:33.8).

2017-18 (SENIOR)—At Virginia
Cross Country:
Recorded a time of 32:09.8 at the NCAA Championships…captured a season best time of 32:01.1 at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships…placed 61st at the ACC Championships with an 8k time of 24:46.7.

Indoor:
Finished 11th in the mile at the ACC Championships, running a career-best time of 4:09.82…aided the DMR to a fourth-place finish at the ACC Championships.

Outdoor:
Finished 14th at the ACC Championships in the 1500m run…recorded a career-best time of 3:46.90 in the 1500m run at the Virginia Challenge…captured the best-time at the Fred Hardy Invitational, winning the event with a time of 3:49.84.

2016-17 (JUNIOR)—At Virginia
Indoor:
Became an ACC champion in the Distance Medley Relay…snagged All-ACC honors…named to the All-American Second Team…finished 18th in the 800m at the ACC Championships…placed ninth with the distance medley relay team at the ACC Championships…won the 800m at the Liberty Elite Invitational…won the mile at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational.

Outdoor:
Competed at the Virginia Quad and the Miami Hurricane Collegiate Invitational
Recognized on the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

2015-16 (SOPHOMORE)— At Virginia
Indoor:
ACC Champion in DMR at ACC Championships…second-team All-American with 10th-place DMR at NCAA Championships…set a PR in 800m of 1:50.87 at Fastrack National Qualifier.

Outdoor:
Placed 21st in 800m at ACC Championships…set outdoor PR in 800m of 1:51.29 at Virginia Challenge.

2014-15 (FRESHMAN)—At Virginia
Outdoor:
Had a season-best time of 1:54.13 in the 800m…recognized on the ACC Academic Honor Roll.

Indoor:
Had season-best times of 1:53.97 in the 800m and 4:12.47 in the mile.
