Big Ten Distinguished Scholar...Academic All-Big Ten honoree...completed the Big 10 Championship race in 22:27.1 to place 79^th…recorded a time of 19:10.0 in the 5k to place 17^th at IU Open…picked up a 27^th place finish in the 5k with a time of 19:08.8 at the John McNichols Invitational…nabbed a personal best time of 18:36.3 in the 5k at the Joe Piane Invitational…was the runner-up in the Hoosier Invitational 6k with a personal record of 22:09.0.

Indoor:
Helped the distance medley squad to a fourth place finish at Big Ten Indoor Championships…Won the 1000m in a time of 2:47.02 at the Hoosier Open…picked up second in the 800m at the Gladstein Invitational with a time of 2:11.25…helped the distance medley relay squad to second at IU Relays…saw a season best of 2:05.99 and placed third in the 800m at the Meyo Invitational…helped the distance medley relay squad to first Hoosier Hills…also set a personal record in the 600m with a time of 1:30.66…part of the distance medley relay team that placed fifth at the Alex Wilson Invitational.

Outdoor:
Academic All-Big Ten honoree...saw the chance to participate in the 800m at the NCAA East Prelims…competed in the 800m and with the 4x400m relay squad at the Big Ten Championships…helped the 4x800m relay squad to first at Tennessee Relays with a time of 8:43.84…was second in the 1500m with a time of 4:26.39 at Tennessee Relays…won the 800m with a time of 2:06.62 at the Louisville Invitational…was third in the 800m at the Indiana Invitational with a time of 2:07.28…competed with the 4x800m relay and distance medley relay at Penn Relays.

2020-21
Indoor:
Big Ten Sportsmanship Honoree…took bronze with the distance medley relay squad at Big Ten Championships…raced to fifth at the Big Ten Championships in the 800m with a time of 2:08.72…won the 600m in a personal record 1:32.84 at the Hoosier Hills Invitational…notched a time of 2:08.18 in the 800m at the Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Invitational to place second…also helped the 4x400m relay squad to a third place finish at the Hoosier Hills Invitational…recorded a personal best time of 4:52.06 to place second in mile at the Big Ten Open…crossed second at two meets with the 4x800m team, Simmons-Harvey Invitational and Gladstein Invitational…nabbed fourth twice in the 800m, the Simmons-Harvey Invitational (2:13.44) and Gladstein Invitational (2:12.34).

Outdoor:
USTFCCCA All-Academic Honoree… Academic All-Big Ten Honoree…competed in the 800m at the NCAA East Preliminary Round…picked up sixth and recorded a time of 2:10.38 at the Big Ten Championships…won and set a personal record of 2:05.06 in the 800m at the Big Ten Indiana Invite No. 4…claimed victory with the 4x800m relay squad at the Fighting Illini Big Ten Relays…secured third at the Big Ten North Florida Invitational as a leg of the 4x400m relay team…raced to a time of 2:10.62 in the 800 at the Husker Big Ten Invite to place fifth overall…placed fifth with the 4x400m relay at the Big Ten Indiana Invite No. 1…collected a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:36.31 at the Big Ten Indiana Invite No. 1.

2019-20-- At Indiana
Cross Country:
Clocked a personal best 5K with a time of 19:24.6 at Joe Piane Invitational…grabbed a new PR in the 6K at Pre-National Invitational in a time of 24:33.9.

Indoor:
Big Ten Distinguished Scholar…named an Academic All-Big Ten Honoree…saw action in the 800m at Big Ten Championships…won the 800m in a time of 2:12.38 at Hoosier Hills…took gold in the 600m at Gladstein Invitational and clocked a time of 1:35.68…crossed second with a time of 2:51.77 in the 1000m at Hoosier Open…notched third in the 800m in a time of 2:13.96 at IU vs. Tennessee Duals…picked up first with the 4c800m relay squad at Gladstein Invitational…part of the 4x400m relay team that placed second at Hoosier Hills.

Outdoor:
Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the 2020 outdoor season was canceled.

2018-2019-- At Indiana
Indoor:
Competed in the prelim of the800m at Big Ten Championships… took bronze with the DMR squad at Indiana Relays… placed third in the 600m with a time of 1:34.61 at Hoosier Hills.

Outdoor:
Participated in the first round of the 800m at NCAA East Prelims…saw the opportunity to compete in the 800m at Big Ten Championships…part of the fifth place 4x400m relay team at ASU Invite…took second in the 800m fast section in a time of 2:09.06 at the Billy Hayes Invite.

Ran four seasons of cross country and two seasons of track...two-time 800m confernce champion, two-time 800m/1600m sectional champion, and finished fourth in the IHSA Class 2A State Championships...top high school performances: 800m - 2:15; 1600m - 5:20; 2 mile - 11:20; 3 mile - 18:42...owns school records in the 800m, 1600m and the 2-mile...as a team, won the 2017 conference and sectional championships in track and field...also played two seasons of soccer...National Honors Society...graduated with first honors...presidential scholar, 4.0 GPA student… Daughter of Kevin Mindak and Lisa Sopher...has two siblings, Matt and Gabby.
