Indoor: Recorded the second-best mark in the shot put with a toss of 15.76 meters at the Tyson Invitational during the indoor season ... also threw a mark of 14.42 meters in the weight throw at the Indiana Open
Outdoor: Recorded a mark of 16.04 meters in the shot put at the Cardinal Invitational.
PREP/PERSONAL
Placed fourth in the shot put in the Midwest Meet of Champions... posted career bests of 58-5.75 in the shot put and 172-5.00 in the discus at Carmel... was a two-time all-state and all-conference honoreer in track and also earned all-county honors... was also a three-time letterwinner at Carmel in football... earned IFCA all-state honors as a junior and senior... was an all-conference, all-county and All-Indy North pick for football as a senior.
